Provincial Park Campgrounds

WELLS GRAY PARK

Falls Creek & Clearwater Lake Campgrounds

Located at the south end of Clearwater Lake, Falls Creek and Clearwater Lake Campgrounds sit side‑by‑side and offer 80 reservable sites. These campgrounds provide more services than most in the park, including running water, showers, a sani‑dump, and a small lakeside store. Trails lead to picnic areas with views of Osprey Falls and the north end of Clearwater Lake where it flows into the Clearwater River. All sites at both campgrounds are reservable through the Discover Camping system.

Pyramid Campground

Pyramid Campground sits just past the Mushbowl Bridge and about 1 km from the Helmcken Falls turnoff. With 32 forested sites, it’s a great base for exploring Dawson Falls, Helmcken Falls, and the Pyramid Mountain area. Facilities are simple but well‑maintained, and registration takes place in the evenings. Wildlife sightings — especially deer and the occasional bear grazing along the road — are common. Despite its excellent location, there is almost always space available.
